“We didn't really select Aleksandra initially, but we ended up with her as a result of her being the one who was at the open house of the property the first time we saw it. A couple of weeks later when we decided to revisit the property, we called her directly since she had been at the open house so we had her card, and the agent from another company that we had been dealing with up to that point clearly did not have our interests at heart and was only interested in selling, so we decided to just call Aleks directly and take our chances with her - she seemed very nice at the open house. Upon revisiting the property and telling her our needs, she immediately showed interest in helping answer our questions and concerns, researching what she didn't know, all without being asked. She jumped in feet first to help us confirm/determine if this was the property for us. Although she wasn't the listing agent, she was with the same company as the listing agent, but we always felt 100% taken care of at all times and never questioned if she was acting in our best interests or the sellers....we knew she was there to help us out and get us what we needed in this very important decision of purchasing a house. Thorough, resourceful and reliable would be words I would use to describe Aleksandra. And all this took place over Christmas holidays and with one seller in Europe - but she never missed a beat!.”
